Travelling from Edinburgh – take the M90 to Stirling, then follow the A9/M9 to Perth and take the A90 to Dundee. Take the A92 to Arbroath and then the A933 towards Brechin, take the 1st right after Colliston, for Letham Grange.

If you are coming from Montrose follow the A92 road to Arbroath, turn right at Inverkeilor follow the sign for Friockheim until you come to a T-junction, then you will find the black & white signs to Letham Grange, which is now a village in its own right. When you arrive at Letham Grange and come to Green Beeches, go to the end of the road, and follow the road, Cotton’s Corner and the B & B is on the right hand side.
