Standard per week from £431.00 which includes a full breakfast.

If you are booking for 7 nights, inclusive of 2 sharing a room, whether, during the week or the week-end, a 10% reduction is offered to you.

Short breaks are available - minimum of a three night stay.

Rooms will be available from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.

1 night: £70 per room / 2 nights: £65 per room / 3 nights: £60 per room (based on 2 sharing)

During your stay at Copper Dell, please enquire about a reduction in playing golf. Bookings can be made on your behalf.

We can only accept Paypal due to costs.

All cards below can be used with PayPal.

A non-refundable deposit will be required on booking. If deposits are sent by post, they must be received within 5 days. We are unable to take overseas cheques - payment can be made using your cheque cards using PayPal, which is secure.

Rooms are not fully secured until until a deposit is received.

Due to the volume of block and advance bookings, Copper Dell regrets that single night stays are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed in advance, other than by arrangement closer to the date of arrival.

At the time of booking a deposit is required of 25% of total cost. We reserve the right to let any room, if the deposit has not been paid when requested.

If there is a cancellation or change of your dates is made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 2 nights amount will be deducted. If the period is 2 days, or less prior to arrival the full amount will be deducted. No show (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.

If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason they must notify the proprietor by telephone, and confirm it in writing. The proprietor will them attempt to re-book the room, given sufficient notice, but if unsuccessful the guest will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid. Please note we cannot return a deposit if notified at short notice.

If guests arrive later than their confirmed date a cancellation charge may be made. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation, and the same policy applies.

In the event that your stay is Curtailed for any reason, we regret that no reductions of monies due or paid will be made. However if the room is re-let, for the full period of the booking made a refund of the remaining balance charged will be made to you, by us, less an administration charge of £25.00.

IT IS THEREFORE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL GUESTS ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INURANCE POLICY IN PLACE FOR CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF STAY.

DEPOSITS AND RESERVATIONS

Reservations are only confirmed after receipt of a deposit.

A small business like ourselves is clearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.

We have a varied selection of juices all fresh and not from concentrate
Wholemeal bread or white
A range of cereals
A full cooked breakfast, variety of sausages, lorne (Scottish sausage) bacon, fried or scrambled egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
Or Scrambled egg, fried egg on toast, or boiled or coddled egg, or fried bread in egg.
If you prefer a lighter breakfast, perhaps a croissant or a pancake, please just ask nothing is any trouble. There is also a variety of cheeses and cold meat selection. Perhaps try the Arbroath smokie a favourite worldwide!

There are times - maybe a landmark birthday, a wedding, an anniversary or some other special occasion - where you want to escape to somewhere different, somewhere memorable that will be recalled fondly for years to come. You can enjoy those extra touches that make all the difference.
